Regional terms: all other countries
Version 2026-10-05 · Last updated October 5, 2026
Local law applies
You must comply with the data protection, anti-spam, consumer, tax and sanctions laws of your country and of the countries where your recipients are. If the law of a recipient's country is stricter than these Terms, follow it.
Our default rules
PostaraMail applies strict opt-in rules to recipients whose country is unknown or in a region that requires it. Choose the regions you send to when you send a campaign. Purchased, scraped and rented lists are never allowed.
Data processing
The Data Processing Addendum applies to personal data in your account. Where your country's law requires something else (for example a local data transfer approval), tell us and we will cooperate.
What PostaraMail does for you
How PostaraMail helps: when you send a campaign you choose the regions to include; strict regions only include contacts with a clear opt-in; every contact stores the consent wording, time, source and country; double opt-in is available; unsubscribes take effect immediately; and you can export a consent record for any contact.
General information
This addendum is general information about the main rules for sending email and handling personal data. It is not legal advice and may not be complete. You remain responsible for complying with the law that applies to you and your recipients.
