How the AI writer works
Describe the email
One or two sentences: who it's for, what's new, and what you want readers to do.
Pick a tone and a model
Friendly, professional, persuasive or casual — written by Claude, GPT, Grok or DeepSeek.
Edit and send
Change anything you like, save it, then send it as a campaign or use it in an automation.
What is AI email marketing?
AI email marketing uses a language model to draft marketing emails from a short brief. You stay the editor: the AI writes the first version, and you decide what goes out.
For a solo business owner or freelancer, the value is time. The blank page is usually the slowest part of email marketing, and AI removes it.
Hi {{first_name}}, I'm booking November projects this week and have two openings left. Reply to this email and I'll hold one for you.
Built so the AI helps, not takes over
Nothing sends by itself
Every AI draft is saved for you to review. Emails only go out when you press Send.
Your business, your voice
The AI uses your business name and the details you give it, not generic filler.
Short, readable emails
Drafts are kept to a length people actually read on a phone, with short paragraphs.

AI writer questions
Is the AI writer included on every plan?
Yes, including the Free plan.
Will AI-written emails sound robotic?
The drafts are written in the tone you choose and use the details you provide. You can edit every word before sending, and most people make small changes to add their own voice.
Does PostaraMail send emails automatically with AI?
No. AI only writes drafts. You review and send, or you add a finished email to an automation you set up.
Can I write emails without AI?
Yes. You can write or paste any email yourself, or start from a template.
