Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 100 subscribers and 1,000 emails a month, with the AI writer included. You can stay on it as long as you like.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You only add a card when you choose a paid plan.
Can I move my list from another email tool?
Yes. Export your contacts as a CSV from your current tool and import it into PostaraMail. Anyone who unsubscribed or bounced stays excluded.
What does the AI actually write?
A subject line and a complete email based on a short description of your goal and tone. You can edit every word, regenerate it, or write your own. Nothing is sent until you send it.
Will my emails land in spam?
No email tool can guarantee inbox placement. PostaraMail gives you tools and best practices designed to help improve email deliverability: one-click unsubscribe headers, automatic removal of bounced and complaining addresses, and consent for every contact.
Can I upload a list I bought?
No. PostaraMail is for permission-based email marketing. Purchased, scraped, rented, or unsolicited email lists are not allowed, and accounts that send to them are suspended.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. Your first payment on any paid plan can be refunded within 14 days if you have used fewer than 100 emails, 5 templates and 3 AI creations after paying.
