Cookie Policy

What we use
PostaraMail sets one strictly necessary cookie, postaramail_sid. It keeps you logged in and protects forms from misuse. It expires when you log out, after 30 minutes of inactivity in the app, or after a set period. Because it is strictly necessary, it does not need consent under the EU ePrivacy rules or UK PECR.
We do not set advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party tracking scripts on our website.
Other storage
Some pages remember small preferences in your browser (for example which tab you chose). This stays on your device. The installed app stores static files (styles, fonts, icons) so it loads faster; it never stores your account pages or data.
Emails you send
Emails sent with PostaraMail may include an open-tracking pixel and tracked links so senders can see opens and clicks. These are not cookies. If you use them you must tell your recipients in your own privacy policy where the law requires.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser. If you block the session cookie you will not be able to log in.
