What changed in our legal terms
When we change the agreements in a way you need to accept, the version number goes up and you are asked to accept the new version the next time you log in.
Version 2026-10-05 (October 5, 2026)
- New agreement window at signup: you read and accept the Terms, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policies, Data Processing Addendum, AI Use Terms and the regional terms for your country.
- New: Data Processing Addendum with Standard Contractual Clauses and UK/Swiss addenda; a downloadable copy filled in with your details.
- New: regional terms for the EU/EEA/Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, Australia/New Zealand, the Gulf states (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait), India, Brazil/Latin America, Asia-Pacific and the rest of the world.
- New: AI Use Terms. Gemini added as an AI provider. DeepSeek is off by default for EU, UK and Swiss customers.
- Updated: Privacy Policy, Terms of Service (governing law and disputes), Acceptable Use, Anti-Spam, Refund, Cookie policy and a new Copyright policy.
- You are asked for your country and the regions you email, which decides which regional terms apply.
Policy updates that need no new agreement
These apply to new purchases only.
Refund Policy updated (October 6, 2026)
- Your first payment can be refunded within 14 days if you have used fewer than 100 emails, 5 templates and 3 AI creations after paying. Renewals are never refunded.
- Applies to payments made from October 6, 2026. Earlier payments keep the earlier 14-day guarantee.
