Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 100 subscribers and includes the AI writer and one automation. No card needed.
Which AI models can I use?
Claude, GPT, Grok and DeepSeek. You choose the model each time you write an email, and nothing sends until you press Send.
Sending and deliverability
Will my emails land in the inbox?
No email tool can guarantee inbox placement. PostaraMail provides tools and best practices designed to help improve email deliverability, including one-click unsubscribe and automatic bounce and complaint handling.
Can I upload a list I bought?
No. PostaraMail is for permission-based email marketing. Purchased, scraped, rented, or unsolicited email lists are not allowed.
How do I report spam sent with PostaraMail?
Email abuse@postaramail.com with the message. We investigate every report.
Plans and billing
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a refund?
Yes, on your first payment only. Any paid plan, monthly or yearly: ask within 14 days and you get a full refund if, after paying, you have used fewer than 100 emails sent, 5 templates created or used, and 3 AI creations. Reaching any one of those limits makes the first payment non-refundable. Renewals (the second month or second year) are never refunded, but you can cancel anytime. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always returned. Your billing page shows exactly how much you have used.
Can I export my contacts?
Yes, as a CSV file at any time.
