Acceptable Use Policy

In short: Use PostaraMail honestly and lawfully. No spam, no illegal or harmful content, no deception, no abuse of the platform.

Purpose

This policy explains what you may not do with the Service. It is part of your Agreement with PostaraAI LLC. We may update it with notice.

Prohibited content and activity

You may not use the Service to send, store or link to:

unsolicited bulk or commercial email, or email to purchased, rented, scraped, harvested or otherwise unauthorised lists;
illegal content or content that infringes others' intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation, malware, deceptive subject lines or false sender information;
hate speech, harassment, threats, violence, exploitation of children, or non-consensual sexual content;
adult content, illegal drugs, weapons sales, gambling or financial products where that is unlawful in the recipient's location or requires licences you do not hold;
content that targets or exploits people under 18, or that you have no right to send.

Misusing the platform

No attempts to bypass plan limits, security, rate limits or suspension; no multiple accounts to evade enforcement.
No probing, scanning or testing of the Service's security without our written permission; no disruption or overloading of the Service.
No reselling or white-labelling the Service without our agreement; no scraping of the Service.
Do not use AI features to produce prohibited content or to deceive people about who is writing to them.

Honest identity

Every email must identify you accurately, use a real reply address you control, and include your postal address and a working unsubscribe link. PostaraMail adds the unsubscribe link and the address from your brand settings automatically; you must not remove them.

Enforcement

We monitor for abuse using automated signals (bounces, complaints, sending patterns) and reports. We may remove content, suspend sending or the whole account, and terminate it, without refund where you have breached this policy. We may report unlawful activity to authorities and cooperate with investigations as the law requires.
