Delete your PostaraMail account

You can delete your PostaraMail account and all of its data yourself, at any time.

How to delete your account

Log in to PostaraMail (website or app).
If you have a paid plan, cancel it first under Billing.
Open Settings, scroll to Delete account, enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

Can't log in? Email support@postaramail.com from the address you registered with and we will delete the account for you.

What is deleted

Your profile, workspace, contacts, emails, templates you created, campaigns, automations, API keys and settings are permanently deleted straight away.

What we may keep

Payment records (invoices and tax information held by our payment provider, Stripe) are kept for as long as the law requires. Our security log keeps an anonymous note that an account was deleted, with no name, email address or IP address. Backups are overwritten on their normal schedule.
