You can't add new subscribers past your plan's limit until you upgrade. Existing subscribers keep getting your emails.
Sending pauses until the next calendar month starts or you upgrade. Queued emails aren't lost — they go out as soon as there is room.
Yes, up or down at any time from the Billing page. The charge is adjusted for the time left in your billing period.
Yes, on your first payment only. Any paid plan, monthly or yearly: ask within 14 days and you get a full refund if, after paying, you have used fewer than 100 emails sent, 5 templates created or used, and 3 AI creations. Reaching any one of those limits makes the first payment non-refundable. Renewals (the second month or second year) are never refunded, but you can cancel anytime. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always returned. Your billing page shows exactly how much you have used.
