In short: Tell us if your copyright or trademark is misused through PostaraMail and we will act. Customers keep their own content.

Your content

Customers own the content they upload and send. You must have the rights to everything you use in an email, including images, fonts, music and text.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content sent or hosted through the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, email abuse@postaramail.com with: your name and contact details; a description of the work; where the infringing material is (for example a copy of the email or its link); a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement that your information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We may remove or disable access to material, pass your notice to the customer, and terminate repeat infringers. A customer who believes material was removed by mistake may send us a counter-notice with their contact details and the reasons, and we may restore the material unless you start legal action.

Our marks

PostaraMail and the PostaraMail logo are our marks. Please do not use them in a way that suggests endorsement without our permission.
